Responsibilities Include
- Providing on-site OB and family medicine call coverage during scheduled rotations
- Participating in 5-day call shifts starting at 0700, with 1-2 rotations per month
- Supporting clinical workflows with on-site labor and delivery nursing staff and weekday OB Navigator support
- Managing a variable patient load across all ages with prescriptive authority
- Board certification in family medicine with OB
- Ability to provide full scope OB and family medicine care on-site
- Experience with call coverage and managing diverse patient populations
- Support staff includes labor and delivery nurses and OB Navigators during weekdays
- Work location is on-site at a rural hospital in Indiana
- No government affiliation; flexible schedule with rotations as needed
