We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and accounting principles, with proficiency in software such as Quickbooks, Excel, Ultratax.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Oversee client financial reporting and tax filings
- Utilize software systems like Quickbooks, Excel, Ultratax
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance OR Commensurate Experience
- Experience working with small business finances and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll tax and sales tax filings is a plus
- Knowledge of income tax preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks, Excel, Ultratax a plus
Pay: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
