We are looking for staffs who can work 1 weekend and 2 weekdays.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking experienced All rounders to join our team at Mira Mesa, Clairemont and UTC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for casual dining and a strong understanding of food safety. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment. **Duties:** - Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation. - Assist with meal preparation. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service. - Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure dishes are delivered on time and to the correct table. - Assist with togo orders as required. - Perform other duties as needed, including helping with food preparation and dietary aide tasks. **Experience:** - 1 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in restaurant. - Strong understanding of food preparation methods. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Familiarity with prep planning and food safety regulations. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods. - Experience with catering and special events is an asset. **Skills:** - Strong culinary skills with a focus on fine dining. - Ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes. - Excellent food safety knowledge and practices. - Experience with meal planning and menu planning. - Strong team player with a positive attitude. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. - Experience with catering and special events is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.85 - $20.72 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 30 per week
