About the Role:
We're a busy ramen shop looking for a dependable team member to become a core part of our weekly coverage — not a fill-in. You'll be trained to work both front of house and back of house, and scheduled where you're needed most each shift. This role suits someone who wants consistent hours, real income, and a team that will invest in training you across the restaurant.

What You'll Do:

• Run front-of-house service: greet guests, take orders on our POS, run food, keep the dining room moving
• Work in the back of house: assist current staff with food prep, assembly, plating, and keeping stations stocked during service
• Handle light prep: portioning, chopping, station setup
• Flex between roles during busy periods — this is the heart of the job

Schedule:

• Consistent 20–30 hours per week with a set weekly schedule
• Weekend availability is required — this is non-negotiable
• Additional weekend and evening shifts available
