Role Description
As one of the first engineering hires, the Senior Full-Stack Engineer will have significant ownership and influence across both product and engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback
- Designing and building new ways for users to interact with computers
- Working on production-grade LLM-powered systems
- Collaborating closely with external partners and end users
- Contributing to product decisions, prioritization, and technical direction
- Helping shape engineering culture and best practices
Sample Projects
- Building new products to ingest and process diverse research inputs
- Developing a low-latency voice-to-voice survey system capable of autonomous, high-volume research
- Building a mobile application from scratch in a short timeframe
- Creating segmented knowledge graphs from unstructured → structured data
- Developing an AI-native CRM system integrated with internal knowledge systems
