As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI capabilities across Generative AI (e.g., large language models) and search. You will research, build, and deploy innovative product experiences, shaping the future of AI-powered enterprise tools.
Responsibilities
• AI Infrastructure Development: Oversee and enhance the core AI infrastructure and associated backend systems.
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead new AI-driven projects, including ideation, prototyping, research, infrastructure design, scalability, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Rapid Iteration: Adapt quickly to user feedback and evolving requirements to ensure continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience improving backend and/or AI systems, with familiarity using Python
• Deep understanding of systems architecture
• Experience shipping and scaling AI products
• Autonomous, highly-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and performance
• Strong research and engineering skills; curious and adaptable
• Equivalent experience or relevant coursework to a BS or MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
