The Role
- Establish and scale our go-to-market strategy from scratch;
- Drive target enterprise opportunities to secure key accounts for L2 Labs;
- Identify key decision-makers and book qualified meetings using effective strategies;
- Test innovative channels, targeted account lists and unique messaging;
- Lead top-of-funnel initiatives and help define L2 Labs’ overall market approach.
About You
We are seeking a proactive self-starter who:
- Demonstrates persistent resourcefulness to connect with key stakeholders;
- Displays creative top-of-funnel thinking combined with a strong drive to close deals;
- Communicates clearly and articulates complex technical concepts with ease;
- Maintains a structured sales pipeline while remaining agile enough to test novel approaches;
- Desires full ownership of early-stage pipeline development over following a pre-existing playbook;
- Exhibits an outstanding work ethic and consistently exceeds expectations.
Previous sales or BDR experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Background in supply chain or EDI is highly advantageous!
