The Preserve Senior Living at Mentor Ridge is a new assisted living and memory care center in Mentor, Ohio. We’re located on a continuum of care campus next to Mentor Ridge Health and Rehabilitation. Our beautiful community, nestled in the Newell Creek Preserve, contains 48 one- and two-bedroom units. Our secure Memory Care environment features an enclosed courtyard, specialized programming, and an experienced around-the-clock staff. On a separate floor, you’ll find our traditional assisted living environment, complete with a Starbucks Café, chef-prepared meals, and balconies overlooking a nature preserve.
