Job description:
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead and rebuild one of our Mentor Dairy Queen locations. This is an opportunity to step into a growing store, develop your leadership skills, and be part of creating structure, consistency, and a strong team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations and lead shifts
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain speed, service, and product quality standards
- Help implement new processes and improve store performance
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and overall store organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience (restaurant experience preferred, not required)
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Ability to move with urgency and stay organized
- Comfortable giving direction and holding a team accountable
- Willingness to learn and grow into a larger leadership role
