We're seeking a working operator partner to serve alongside our President as Senior VP and co-leader of our Austin operations. This isn't just a job, it's a partnership opportunity to build markets, develop human capital, and own a piece of a rapidly growing national business.
You'll drive acquisitions growth, optimize operational processes, manage P&L performance, and scale our team while gaining equity ownership and building long-term wealth. Monthly Income Potential: $10,000 - $30,000 (base performance bonus tied to P&L and operational KPIs)
Equity Ownership Opportunity:
- 250 units/shares minimum: $37,500 investment
- Up to 2,000 units/shares available: $300,000 investment for the right working partner

Manager in Training (MIT) Program - 6 Months:

Strategic Partnership & Leadership
- Serve as Senior VP and working operator partner to the President
- Co-lead Austin market operations and contribute to national strategy
- Build and scale markets with focus on human capital development and team performance
Operations & Business Development
- Lead daily operations including acquisitions, client intake, title/legal coordination, and post-closing processes
- Drive business development through referral partnerships, local marketing optimization, and lead generation strategies
- Own regional P&L performance, forecasting, and budget accountability
Market & Team Building
- Leverage our national leadership in foreclosure specialist services to establish market dominance
- Recruit, train, and develop local leadership and front-line teams using our proven human capital frameworks
- Build a high-performance culture focused on results, client satisfaction, and operational excellence
Process & Systems Excellence
- Design, document, and continuously improve core operating processes and playbooks
- Implement KPI dashboards and establish operational review cadence that drives accountability
- Apply our national best practices while innovating for local market needs
Compliance & Client Care
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and ethical practices for homeowner engagement
- Manage vendor and legal partner relationships with integrity and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional service to homeowners during their most challenging times
- Growth mindset, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset, you want to own your own business and build something meaningful
- 2 years running operations in real estate, distressed asset management, property acquisitions, or closely related field
- Proven P&L ownership for a regional business or division with demonstrated impact on profitability
- Track record building teams and developing human capital—you know how to recruit, train, and scale talent
- Experience building markets from the ground up or scaling existing operations to new levels
- Strong knowledge of title processes, short sales, foreclosure lifecycle, and related legal coordination (preferred)
- Excellent communicator—decisive, composed, and effective in fast-moving and sometimes sensitive client situations
- Commitment and skin in the game—willing to invest in equity ownership and partner for the long term
- Experience scaling from single-city to multi-city operations
- Deep familiarity with the Austin real estate market, referral networks, and local partnerships
- Background in franchise operations or mentorship program rollout
- Track record of building human capital systems and leadership development programs
- Prior experience as a business owner or operator partner
