Bilingual Program Administration Associate (Mandarin)
Aging Well Adult Day Health – Marlborough, MA
Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English

What You'll Do
As a Program Administration Associate, you'll help ensure our center operates efficiently by providing administrative and program support. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update electronic records and program documentation
- Track participant time and attendance
- Record meal counts and assist with Federal Food Program paperwork
- Help coordinate participant transportation
- File, organize, and retrieve records and documents
- Sort, assemble, and distribute mail and other materials
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
- Greet participants, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist with copying, faxing, scanning, and other administrative projects
- Support daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, caring, and able to multitask in a busy environment
