Who We're Looking For

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology
• Active, unrestricted psychologist license in at least one U.S. state
• PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), or eligibility to obtain it, strongly preferred
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth, with a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
• Ready to build toward a 22-session weekly caseload, including some evening and weekend availability while your schedule fills
• Caseload portability and continuity of care a major plus

Compensation

Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, W-2. Benefit eligible.

Mentella uses a W-2 split-based model, where clinicians receive a consistent percentage of collected revenue. The pay range shown reflects gross (pre-tax/benefits) estimated annual earnings at a full-time caseload. While full-time benefits start at 22 sessions per week, there is no cap on the number of patients you might wish to see in a given week.
