Position Overview:
The Recruiter recruits, interviews, and provides guidance to hiring process to Hiring Managers. Oversees the new hire orientation process, these functions include hiring and interviewing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify potential candidates using social media, job boards, and industry connections.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Posting & Marketing: Create and publish attractive job postings on specialized platforms and company websites.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates and build a database of professionals for future staffing needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and contract terms with selected candidates.
- Compliance & Credentialing: Verify licenses, certifications, and educational degrees, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements:
- Preferred Education: BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
- Required Experience: Minimum of (3) years of H/R generalist or recruiting experience required. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge and Training Required: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Highly Motivated, with superior people skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft suite).
- Security Measures and Clearance: Drug Screen and Background Check

Pay: From $45k - $50k per hour (DOE)
