Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) FT Evenings

We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life. We seek an experienced Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) to join our team! 

Schedule:

• Lead BHT - 3p - 11p Thursday - Monday / holidays and weekends

The experience BHT should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of (2) years of experience as a BHT in a behavioral or mental health environment. 
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Lead BHT is required.
• Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role. 
• Behavioral Health experience required; background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred.
• Able to pass a AHCA level 2 background check. 

Job Status: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $20/hour
