Position Purpose: The HR Associate - Recruiter position is responsible for facilitating an effective recruiting process for MHR.

A few responsibilities of this position include:
- Job advertisement placement and posting.
- Conduct phone interviews, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a broad variety of recruitment sources, including sources for minority candidates.
- Recommend and attend job fairs.
- Complete criminal background checks and employment verifications for job applicants.
- Track all applicant data in applicant tracking database; maintain files of applicant resumes.
- Enter new hire information in the Human Resources System database.
- Complete weekly reports on employment activities.
- Monitor effectiveness of recruiting and hiring processes and recommend changes when needed.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding employee performance review due dates.
- Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate degree and/or four years of related experience or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
Salary : $25 - $32
