- Provide direct services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental health illness (SMI).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
- Engage in community outreach and education to raise mental health awareness.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current QMHP certification.
- Experience with clients who have co-occurring disorders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
