Job Summary
We are seeking Department of Behavioral Health Qualified Mental Health Professionals for Adults and Children to work in the Richmond/Henrico/Chesterfield area.
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform Individual Sessions
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to guide skills building and/or intensive in-home activities
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all agency and licensing standards
Qualifications (minimal)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar human services field
- Current and unrestricted Department of Behavioral Health Certification as QMHP-A/C
- Previous experience as a behavioral health counselor highly recommended
- Valid Virginia Drivers License and Insurance
