What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Mental Health Clinic?
Our busy single doctor practice is in need of a dedicated patient care coordinator. Medical office experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidate.
- Complete vitals and drug testing on in-office patients
- Coordinate and administer Spravato treatments
- Complete prior authorizations for medications
- Assist with scheduling phone requests, email requests, and fax requests from patients, providers, and pharmacies.
- Cross-train as backup for the administrative staff
- Assist the physician with special requests
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
