Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role requires experience in counseling and crisis intervention, as well as experience working with diverse populations.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform intakes
- Implement crisis management strategies to support clients.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions when necessary.
- Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in clinical counseling, particularly with children and families.
- Late afternoon and evening hours available.
- Flexible schedule
- Hourly rate based on kept session productivity. (fee for service)
- Spanish speaking bilingual (preferred)
MA - $43.00 per kept session / LAC - $45.00 per kept session / LPC-$48.00 per kept session
