Pay range: $22 - $24 per hourKey Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Microsoft SharePoint environments to support collaboration and document management.
- Maintain and support SharePoint sites to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay informed about the latest SharePoint and software trends to recommend enhancements.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems using effective problem-solving techniques.
- Work with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Educate end-users on software functionalities and best practices.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Proficient in software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint and software support are beneficial.
- Solid understanding of software applications and their functionalities.
