Ultrasound / Vascular Technologist / Daytime

Role Overview: Seeking a qualified Ultrasound | Vascular Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound and vascular imaging in an Academic Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular imaging procedures with precision.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective communication during exams.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Hold a New York State License or RDMS certification (Abdominal & OB|GYN).
• Possess BLS certification (preferred or obtained upon hire).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Strong knowledge of vascular and general ultrasound procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
  

Employment Details: Full-time, 13-week contract with potential extension, offering a competitive rate of $65/hr. The role involves day shifts, 8-hour days, 5 days a week, contributing to impactful patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
