Travel Radiologic Technologist

Role: Travel Rad Tech responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures to produce diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparing and operating radiologic equipment according to physician orders
• Educating patients about imaging procedures and addressing questions
• Evaluating image quality and presenting findings to physicians
• Maintaining and troubleshooting imaging equipment
• Documenting procedures accurately and following safety protocols
• Performing sterilization and room setup
• Performing additional duties within radiologic technologist scope
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of radiologic technologist experience
• Current radiologic technologist/radiography license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred ARRT certification
  
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
• Physical ability to move and handle equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills
