We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated Travel Nurse - RN for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Weatherford, Texas.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced stepdown unit, monitoring and managing patients with complex medical needs.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, documenting all care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
