Surgical RN - Registered Nurse - Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Waterloo, IA. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an opportunity to provide exceptional perioperative care to surgical patients.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Assessing patient needs pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal recovery
• Preparing operating rooms and equipment for surgeries, maintaining sterile techniques
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to emergencies during procedures
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Providing patient education and emotional support throughout the surgical process
