Role Summary: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

- Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience is preferred.
- Current Georgia RN license and/or multistate license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Additional certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and safety.
