Role: The RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry provides high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team, practicing under established standards and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care; partners with patients and families to ensure personalized, culturally sensitive care; documents accurately; and promotes patient-centered communication.
Collaborates with healthcare team members through interdisciplinary rounds and promotes a respectful, inclusive environment. Supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in evidence-based research, and mentors new staff. Ensures compliance with policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications: Requires an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, and an associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred).
Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, excellent time management, critical thinking, proficiency with clinical technology, and effective communication skills in English. Must adapt to fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
