Role: Trauma PCU Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to trauma patients in a progressive care/step-down setting. Perform comprehensive assessments, telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
