- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and teams.
- Respond swiftly to critical situations and codes.
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per standards.
- Minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license (state or Compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC or ATCN preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
