Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy for diverse patient needs including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance rehab. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications: Hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license, maintain Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification, and be able to travel between care sites.
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques; strong business writing; effective verbal and written communication; team collaboration; and excellent time management. Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and mobility tasks necessary for therapy activities.
