- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related degree from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in clinical settings and managing complex cases preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and digital documentation skills
- CPR certification is preferred; additional certifications in neurology or geriatrics are advantageous
