Under supervision, the Physical Therapist performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect oversight of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current or temporary license in the state of practice, and current BLS certification.
Preferred experience includes six months to one year working with adult and geriatric populations.
The role involves physical demands such as lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
