- Assess patient’s ability to perform independent living skills and design appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment modalities, document patient progress, and seek consultation as needed.
- Educate patients and families about deficits and discharge planning, including adaptive equipment and support options.
- Oversee care provided by designated personnel, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Maintain safety and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy or related field, with licensure eligibility.
- No prior experience required.
- Valid professional license in applicable state(s).
- CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
