- Supporting patients with daily living activities such as meals, personal care, and mobility to aid recovery.
- Assessing patient needs related to nutrition, hydration, and elimination to optimize resource allocation.
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging patients to ensure proper placement per the care plan.
- Assisting with elimination needs, including ostomy care and catheter management, to ensure patient comfort.
- Maintaining unit supplies and ensuring a safe environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Verifying fall risk patients have proper safety signage and armbands.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of related experience.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification and Nurse Aide Certification.
