- Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to neurologic and neurosurgical patients in a critical care setting.
- Perform comprehensive neuro assessments and manage ventilators and complex drips.
- Monitor intracranial pressure (ICP) and hemodynamics, responding quickly to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans.
- Support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
- Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience in neuro or critical care nursing.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex medical equipment and interpret clinical data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
