Responsibilities: Provide care across various levels including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and nursing homes; manage complex chronic conditions; deliver patient-centered care in an upscale community setting.
Schedule & Work Environment: Flexible options with Monday - Friday or four 10-hour days; approximately 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours per week.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine, with a geriatrics fellowship as a plus; NC license preferred; experience with senior populations preferred.
