Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology services, manage a clinical case mix of 60% hematology and 40% oncology, and coordinate care using the Epic EMR system. Perform chemotherapy administration, support adult and geriatric patients, and participate in call rotations (1:3 ratio), covering evenings and weekends. Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, and a radiation oncologist to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in hematology/oncology, ability to handle diverse clinical cases, and proficiency with EMR documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Additional Duties: Maintain clinical documentation, manage outpatient load of 15-16 PPD, inpatient load of 1-5 PPD, and support treatment planning across settings.
