- Participate in all clinical pharmacy services and support distributive pharmacy functions.
- Ensure safe, age-appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Process medication orders, dispense drugs, and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to departmental clinical programs and educational objectives.
- Enhance pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and improve outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
- Pharmacist licensure in good standing with the relevant state board; maintaining preceptor licensure and residency program endorsement required.
- Preferred clinical experience in a hospital setting and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency, though not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and efficiency in pharmacy operations.
- Up to $81.87/hr based on experience, with various differential pay rates for evening and weekend shifts.
