- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, polishing, and disinfecting fixtures, floors, and surfaces
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, shampooers, and related tools
- Clean high areas like vents, fan fixtures, and top of windows using ladders
- Gather and dispose of trash and waste materials
- Move furniture and heavy objects as needed
- Conduct terminal cleaning of patient rooms, following isolation procedures when required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically active tasks
- Previous environmental services experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
