Qualifications & Skills
- Oregon Dietitian License and National CDR Registered Dietitian certification.
- At least three years of recent experience in diabetes treatment and education.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and clinical management of diabetes.
- Preferred: Credentials in adult learning principles, diabetes education certification, experience with diverse ethnic groups.
- Educate clients with diabetes through assessments and tailored education plans.
- Work in team settings to support patient-centered care.
- Engage in professional growth and community outreach activities.
