Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist.
- Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
- Manage your schedule and supplies independently to provide comprehensive care.
- Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support.
- Use advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning.
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Active dental hygiene license in the practicing state.
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
- Manageable patient load (5–7 patients daily) with thorough assessments and education.
- Participation in structured onboarding and continuous education through TAG University.
