- managing pain and patient education
- delegating tasks appropriately and supervising staff performance
- ensuring infection control and participating in quality improvement
- facilitating communication during handoffs and multidisciplinary rounds
- addressing psychosocial needs and fostering collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- supporting professional development and staying current with evidence-based practices
- current unrestricted RN licensure (Wyoming or compact)
- nursing degree (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and behavioral de-escalation training required within one year
- minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
