- Drive new patient growth through marketing, advertising, events, and direct outreach to clients and community professionals.
- Coordinate services for discharged patients, obtaining necessary authorizations from physicians.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and advocacy groups.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
- Assist EEOICPA claimants with the OWCP claims process and serve as a resource for case managers and administrators.
- Maintain contact with health service agencies to determine patient eligibility and build partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and submit required reports timely.
- At least one year of healthcare sales experience; home health or hospice sales preferred.
- Experience with Department of Labor/EEOICPA programs is a plus.
- Strong customer service, honesty, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Background checks required, including criminal, driving, and exclusion list screenings.
