- Business Development: Build relationships with healthcare providers, educate referral sources, identify new opportunities, represent the organization at community events, and support marketing initiatives.
- Active RN license in Florida.
- Compassionate, driven, and able to balance clinical and business tasks.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in homecare, community health, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
