The Mental Health Association of Frederick County is seeking a full time Clinical Manager to provide clinical oversight and development of the Mobile Crisis Services program and staff to ensure utilization of appropriate intervention modalities. This position serves as part of the program’s leadership team in conjunction with the Program Manger and Operations Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising Mobile Crisis Services staff, assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and training for new personnel as needed, assist with ensuring quality standards and annual program goals are met, implements clinical oversight monitoring for service quality and effectiveness and assist with development and implementation of clinical procedures for service delivery. The Clinical Manager will also provide in-service trainings to program staff on clinical topics and intervention modalities as well as coordinate external training opportunities as appropriate for staff
The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and licensure at the independent clinical level with supervisor credentialing, have three years’ experience working in crisis programming; one year supervisory experience and flexible availability to meet 24/7 staffing requirement, including evenings and weekends. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
