Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Prevention Specialist, based in Greencastle, IN, with opportunities for remote work. The Prevention Specialist will design and implement prevention programs, collaborate with community organizations to deliver educational initiatives, and provide resources and support to promote mental health. The Specialist will also collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and contribute to occupational health and security strategies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with individuals and community groups
- Analytical skills to evaluate program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge and experience in Prevention strategies to address mental health needs
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Security protocols to ensure safe implementations
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Experience in mental health services, administration, or education is a plus
