Job Duties:
PROPERTY:
· Landscaping and Grounds keeping
· Performs basic repairs
· General Painting
· Assisting Facilities Supervisor with other duties
Qualification:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License
· Must have own form of transportation.
· Must be able to work independently and within a team.
· Minimum of 1 year experience.
· Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
