We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the bar team, including bartenders, runners, & support staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, pars & vendor relations
- Oversee Toast POS System
- Oversee cash & nightly closeouts
- Ensure compliance with food & alcohol safety standards, sanitation procedures, and licensing laws across all bar activities.
- Supervise staff schedule
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to guarantee a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
- Support staff training initiatives focusing on hospitality excellence, culinary techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
- Execution of high end curated craft cocktail program.
Experience
- Multiple years of experience operating a high level quality and volume based bar with food service

Mensano is a neighborhood western European inspired cocktail & aperitivo bar. We will be opening in May 2026
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
