The Client Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and scheduling support to the Home Care Department to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality client services. This role supports the Community Care Manager in day-to-day operations, including coordinating caregiver schedules, managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers. The Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery in a service-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant, scheduler, or office support role, preferably in a home care setting.
- Experience managing complex scheduling and coordinating staff coverage.
- Experience providing front-line customer service to clients, families, and team members.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, scheduling, payroll, billing, and electronic documentation systems; ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, service-oriented healthcare or office environment.
- General understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Shift
- Full-time, Non-exempt
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- On-call rotation, required
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
