We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and top-tier quality output. Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC machining centers.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform dimensional inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols, conducting routine equipment inspections, and ensuring a clean work environment.
• Handle materials and tooling efficiently using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; assist with materials handling and packaging as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication processes, and quality control measures to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes), stamping presses, flexo presses, or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in programming or CAM programming for CNC equipment; familiarity with Fanuc controls is highly desirable.
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, shop math, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly using industrial troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with shop math, fabrication techniques, welding, tooling setup, and materials handling is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklift equipment safely in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments along with the ability to interpret production documents accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
