Duties
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in independent situations and exercise good judgment to reach sound conclusions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, schedules, rules, procedures, etc.
- Ability to read, interpret and perform from various documents, including assembly drawings, electrical schematics, safety rules, blueprints, operating instructions and procedures manuals.
- Ability to properly identify components and gain extensive parts knowledge.
- Must have knowledge of CNC machinery operations.
- Ability to perform visual and mechanical inspections.
- Basic math and computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements, including lockout/tag out procedures.
Qualifications
- Electrical testing and troubleshooting of AC and DC up to 480V
- Knowledge of electrical components including starters, overloads, fuses, circuit breakers and switches.
- Mechanical theory, including bearings, bushings, levers, pulleys, drives, transmissions, gearboxes and clutches.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic operations and troubleshooting
- Operation and troubleshooting of Fanuc control systems
- Parameter adjustment to aid in repairs and troubleshooting
- Robot repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform CNC PM’s
- Pump rebuilding Water/ Hydraulic

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
